DOCTOR Väntrums-TV is highly valued by the staff at the country’s care and dentist clinics, both when it comes to experience and usability as well as a positive environmental and hygiene impact. According to a new survey*.
DOCTOR Waiting room TV is available all over the country and means that clinics in care and dentistry have screens in the waiting rooms and in dentistry also in the treatment room itself. The screens show a well-balanced mix between the clinic’s own important information, messages from authorities, daily news, entertainment and advertising adapted for the care and dental environment.
A customer survey among those responsible for the receptions where DOKTORN Väntrums-TV is located shows that they experience it as very positive both in terms of the channel itself but also from an environmental and hygiene point of view.
– The fact that the survey shows that these aspects are appreciated tells us that we have done exactly the right thing. Several of the clinics express the need for their own information as great. In the past, people have often worked with printed products such as posters and notes, but can now digitally, themselves or with the help of the DOCTOR, produce their own information that can be quickly updated according to season and need.
– This opportunity creates a patient-safe environment where clinics and authorities quickly reach out with important information to the patient. At the same time, it is important to point out that the advertising we show in the channel is directly adapted to the care environment, this applies to all content. The channel is produced by us and you can feel confident that we have twenty years in the medicine and health segment. Regardless of whether you are a patient, reception, advertiser or authority, you should feel that the communication takes place in exactly the right place with the right message.
Positive feedback is also given to the customer service offered. There, 90 percent of the users answer that they are satisfied with the customer service experience.

The survey also shows that many are satisfied with how DOKTORN Vättrums-TV is physically located in the waiting room, something the reception receives help from Add Health Media.
– That 9 out of 10 think that Väntrums-TV contributes to a positive environment makes me really proud. Not only the content is appreciated but the entire chain, from ordering to setting up screens and subsequent customer service.
