Anna Dalgaard becomes a partner and board member of AHM

2017/06/13

Add Health Media AB (AHM) acquires new expertise in the e-health area. The former founder of Health Navigator, Anna Dalgaard, has now joined as a partner and takes a seat on the company’s board.

AHM recently acquired the media company Nordisk Väntrums-TV and then gained a strong media channel within moving media in the care and dental care waiting and treatment rooms. AHM already has other media in print and digital via the magazines DOKTORN and DOKTORN.com, which is one of Sweden’s largest websites in health and medicine. AHM has also chosen to be active in e-health, where it has previously acquired shares in promising e-health companies, including Doctrin.

– AHM has a unique position to be able to become really big in e-health because they reach 7 million unique patients per year. Their collaborations with the major healthcare players open up completely new opportunities both in Sweden and other countries, says Anna Dalgaard.

Anna takes a seat on AHM’s board together with the founder Johan Bloom, the business angel Lars Lindgren and the CEO Brodde Wetter. Anna has a master’s degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and has experience from healthcare both as a management consultant, business developer and business manager and is currently an advisor and board member in a number of companies in the healthcare sector.

– We will have a great need for Anna in the future because the e-health area is literally exploding. Our previous acquisitions in e-health have been very successful and with Anna’s expertise we can accelerate this further, says Brodde Wetter, CEO of AHM.
