BioGaia is an innovative Swedish health company and world leader in probiotics. The company has more than 25 years of experience in developing, marketing and selling probiotic products and BioGaia’s products are currently sold in more than 90 countries.
We at Digitala byrån are happy to work with BioGaia and together we have previously developed the sites Biogaia.se and Biogaia.com . We also work with continuous digital development of BioGaia and as part of this we have now launched an updated site. In the contact with our customers, long-term and ongoing management are always important pieces and we therefore work a lot with ongoing updates and improvements.
A challenge for BioGaia is that the company uses its site for communication with several different target groups – consumers, healthcare professionals, investors, media and partners. One goal of the site is therefore to focus on the consumer but at the same time also a clear target group division of the content on the site.
