The Patient Board in Stockholm County Council chooses to inform with the help of an information film on waiting room TV about the new law on complaint handling that came into force on the first of January 2018.
The film is about patients also being able to turn to the Patient Board with views on the care they or a relative has received. The film will be shown at the country’s receptions via waiting room TV.
