At Add Health Media, we are not only passionate about communicating health and well-being, but we also do our best to keep ourselves in good health. So on Thursday, June 8, large parts of the staff put on their running shoes and took on the Blood Circulation 2017, which took place at Djurgården in Stockholm!

There are choices to run or walk either 5 km or 10 km and among the staff there was mixed compote. The weather was alternating sun and clouds but perfect for a nice round of exercise followed by breathing, stretching and a cozy picnic. Now we look forward to the next race! For those of you who want to run the bloodstream, there is still a chance, see the fact box below! A big thank you to our HR and finance manager, Sara Östlund, who due to injury did not participate but acted as a “bag guard” during the race!
